This piece, which takes its name from a chemical entheogen, is an attempt to capture the spirit of a single night's vision of beautiful colours and swirling kaleidoscopic images that rolled into and out of each other. At several points during the vision, I realised I was seeing two visions at once, each aligned in two separate spirals. One appeared to be a kind of Buddha figure whose face dissolved into abstract glyphs and then re-emerged, whilst the second took the form of a whistling spirit who dissolved into bubbles upon which were inscribed letterforms. As an experiment to purely channel the effects of a single entheogen which was new to me, I feel this piece has been rather successful.
